Your organization may qualify if it:
 

• Is a business, municipality, housing development, or non-profit organization (excluding educational institutions);
• Has an eligible site in San Mateo County;
• Is new to GoPass, or has not participated in the program within the prior two years;
• Meets GoPass program eligibility requirements; and
• Enrolls in the All-In GoPass program. 

• Eligible organizations receive a one-time 25% discount off their annual GoPass fee.
• The maximum discount is $50,000 per organization.
• Funding is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis through 2027, subject to eligibility and available grant funds.
• Caltrain will confirm the discount amount and enrollment steps after reviewing your request.
• Organizations are responsible for all GoPass costs not covered by the grant incentive. 

Submit an interest form to determine whether your organization qualifies. If approved, Caltrain will guide your organization through All-In GoPass enrollment.
