05/19/26 Update: On Tuesday, May 19th, the northbound post-event train may leave earlier than Train #171, depending on when the concert ends and concertgoers get to Palo Alto Station after the event. Additionally, a southbound post-event train will be added to increase capacity for riders travelling toward San Jose. 05/17/26 Update: On Sunday, May 17th, the additional northbound post-event train may leave earlier, depending on when the concert ends and concertgoers get to Palo Alto Station after the event. Caltrain will operate an additional northbound post-event train between Trains 663 and 665 this Saturday and Sunday, and Trains 171 and 173 for Tuesday's event to accommodate increased ridership following the BTS concert. The extra train will depart Palo Alto Station at 11:27 p.m. There will be no service at Stanford Station.
