Lost and Found

If you left something on a train or at one of its stations, complete the form to report the lost item.  It takes approximately 48 hours to process found items.  If your item is found, Caltrain will contact you.

  • Ticket booth Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Closed: Ticket booth will close: 10am-10:15am, 12pm-12:30pm, 2:30pm-2:45pm
  • Ticket booth closed on holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
