About JPB Board of Directors 

The Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board (JPB), which owns and operates Caltrain, consists of representatives from San Francisco, San Mateo, and Santa Clara counties.

The Board of Directors meets the first Thursday of the month at 9:00 a.m. Board and most committee meetings will be conducted in a hybrid format (virtually and in-person).

Correspondence to the Board may be emailed to Board@Caltrain.com or mailed to 1250 San Carlos Ave., San Carlos, CA 94070, which will be compiled and posted weekly on Friday (holidays excluded). To be included in the Board's weekly correspondence reading file, it must be received by 2:00 PM the day before. For the week of the Board meeting, it must be received by 2:00 PM the day before the Board meeting. All correspondence, including personal information (i.e. names and email addresses), shall become disclosable public records.

Caltrain Meetings 

Public Comments: Public comments may be emailed to publiccomment@Caltrain.com or mailed to 1250 San Carlos Ave., San Carlos, CA 94070, will be compiled and posted weekly along with any Board correspondence. Any written public comments received within two hours prior to the start of the meeting will be included in the weekly Board correspondence reading file. 

Public comments and correspondence, including any personal information such as names and email addresses, submitted to this agency shall become disclosable public records.

2023 onward, all Board and Board Subcommittee meeting agendas are available on our agenda management platform.  Any other public meeting agendas (or for all public meetings prior to 2023) are still located and searchable at Caltrain.com/Meetings.
