Fourth of July Fireworks Specials

Caltrain operates extra southbound service out of San Francisco for those attending the Independence Day fireworks along the waterfront.

Check back in mid June for post-fireworks special service out of San Francisco.

One-way tickets or Day passes can be purchased at the ticket machines at the stations before boarding. Customers using their Clipper® card (8-ride and e-cash) must remember to tag on before
boarding and tag off at their destination station. Caltrain is a Proof-of-Payment system; customers without tickets are subject to citation.

Caltrain would like to remind customers that open alcoholic beverages are prohibited on trains departing San Francisco beginning at 9 p.m. on special event evenings.
