Fourth of July Fireworks Specials
Caltrain operates extra southbound service out of San Francisco for those attending the Independence Day fireworks along the waterfront.

One-way tickets or Day passes can be purchased at the ticket vending machines at the stations before boarding. Customers using their Clipper® card (8-ride and e-cash) must remember to tag on before boarding and tag off at their destination station. Caltrain is a Proof-of-Payment system; customers without tickets are subject to citation.
Caltrain would like to remind customers that open alcoholic beverages are prohibited on trains departing San Francisco beginning at 9 p.m. on special event evenings.
