Reason for Project:
This project is intended to attract new customers with bicycles and to mitigate limited bicycle storage on trains, which currently presents operating challenges. The facility will operate for the first three years using grant money. By the end of three years, the facility is required to be self-sufficient.

Scope of Work:
The facility will provide secure, bicycle storage shed with attended parking, which will be able to accommodate a minimum of 100 bicycles.
