Caltrain to Adjust Schedule for Thanksgiving Holiday

Caltrain will operate on a Sunday schedule on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 27. Caltrain will run a modified Saturday schedule on the day after Thanksgiving, traditionally the busiest shopping day of the year.

Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 27
Caltrain will operate a regular Sunday schedule of 28 trains between San Francisco and San Jose, with shuttle service to the Tamien station. Train service will not operate south of San Jose.

Day After Thanksgiving, Friday, Nov. 28
Caltrain will run a modified Saturday schedule with 38 trains operating between San Francisco and San Jose, including two round trips to Gilroy. The schedule will include three limited-stop trains in the morning and afternoon, a great way to start the shopping season.
