Weekend Street Closures Near Burlingame Station

Caltrain will close streets near the Burlingame station to work on the tracks this coming weekend, Thursday, May 1 to Saturday, May 3, and next weekend, Thursday, May 8 to Saturday, May 10.

From at 8 p.m., Thursday, May 1 until 4 a.m., Friday, May 2, Howard and Bayswater avenues will be closed to remove pavement. From 8 p.m., Friday, May 2 until midnight, Bayswater Avenue will be closed for repaving. From midnight to 4 a.m., Saturday, May 3, Howard Avenue will be closed for repaving.

During the closure, drivers, cyclists and pedestrians can use Carolan or Oak Grove avenues as a detour.

If crews complete the work ahead of schedule at one crossing, they will proceed to the next site.

The following weekend crews will work at night on the North Lane crossing. The road will be closed from 8 p.m., Thursday, May 8 to 4 a.m., Friday, May 9 and again from 8 p.m., Friday, May 9 to 4 a.m., Saturday, May 10.
