Caltrain Offers Super Service to SuperCross at AT&T Park

Motocross fans can speed up the Peninsula on Caltrain, as they head to 2007 AMA Supercross event on Jan. 27 at AT&T Park.

Caltrain offers hourly service from the Peninsula to San Francisco on Saturdays. From the Caltrain terminal at Fourth and King streets, it’s just a one-block walk to the stadium.

To accommodate the Supercross crowds, Caltrain will operate two additional southbound trains after the event. These additional trains will depart 15 minutes after the conclusion of Supercross, or when full, and will make all weekend stops. Alcoholic beverages will not be allowed on the two post-Supercross trains. The final Saturday southbound train leaves the San Francisco station at 12:01 a.m.

Caltrain encourages Supercross customers to purchase a Day Pass on the way to the event, in order to avoid delays in boarding their train after the event is over. For additional information about the event, visit www.supercross.com. For more information about Caltrain schedule and fares, call 1.800.660.4287 (TTY 650.508.6448).
