Fee Increase for Parking at Caltrain Lots

Caltrain fees for parking at stations from San Jose’s Diridon Station and north to San Francisco will increase, effective Sunday, Oct. 1. Daily rates, which are currently $1.50 for a 24-hour period, will increase to $2. Monthly parking passes, which are currently $15, will cost $20. The increased fees are necessary to help offset increased operating expenses.

Caltrain runs 96 weekday trains between San Jose and San Francisco, with commute hour service to Gilroy. On weekends, there is hourly service from San Francisco and San Jose throughout most of the day. For schedule and fare information, call 1.800.660.4287 (TTY 650.508.6448).
