Caltrain Fare Changes at a Glance
Below is a listing of the fare changes that the Caltrain policy board approved
April 22 to close a projected multi-million-dollar shortfall in the budget for the
fiscal year which starts July 1.
Fares:

- 25-cent increase each in base and zone fares, for an average increase of 17.5
percent.
Jan. 1, 2006
- 25-cent increase in base fare, an increase of about 5.6 percent.
