Caltrain to Add Service for "The Cure" at SBC Park

Caltrain will add extra train service to take concert-goers home from the Curiosa Festival at SBC Park on Aug. 28.

A southbound express train will depart the San Francisco terminal 15 minutes after the concert ends or when full, operating non-stop to San Carlos and then making all stops to the San Jose Diridon station.

A second train will depart San Francisco 25 minutes after the concert ends, or when full, and serve all local stops to Diridon station.

On weekends, a special shuttle bus connects the Tamien and Diridon stations for most regular trains.

Caltrain’s regular Saturday schedule offers hourly trains to get people to the concert. The last two scheduled southbound trains depart San Francisco at 10 p.m. and midnight. The concert is expected to end about 11 p.m.
