Caltrain to Serve Stanford Stadium Football
Stanford football fans can enjoy the excitement of
the newly remodeled stadium by taking Caltrain to all
Stanford games beginning with the game against Navy on
Saturday, Sept. 16.
Located off Embarcadero Road and Alma Street,
Caltrain’s Stanford station is a short walk from
the stadium.
Caltrain has made Stanford part of its game plan for all
five home games; trains will begin stopping at the stadium
train station approximately two hours before kickoff. Only
regularly scheduled trains will serve the station, so fans are
cautioned to check the train schedule and plan their departure
accordingly. All weekend trains serve the Palo Alto station,
which is located one-half mile north of the stadium station.
