Take Caltrain to SF Bulls at HP Pavilion Dec. 17
Hockey fans can score a goal by taking Caltrain to the San Francisco Bulls game against the Stockton Thunder at HP Pavilion Dec. 17.
With its San Jose terminal located across the street from the pavilion, Caltrain service makes it easy to avoid the hassle and expense of driving to the game. A number of trains arrive from San Francisco and the Peninsula in time for the start of the game at 7:30 p.m. The last weekday northbound train departs the San Jose station at 10:30 p.m. but will hold until 10:45 p.m. if the game runs late. The train makes all regular local stops.
Caltrain is a Proof-of-Payment system and requires passengers to purchase tickets before boarding. Bulls’ fans can save time and avoid long lines at the ticket vending machine on the way home by purchasing a Day Pass.
Open alcoholic beverage containers are not allowed onboard trains starting at 9 p.m. on game nights.
