Train, Don’t Drive to the San Mateo Wine Walk
Festival-goers can enjoy wine tasting knowing that they have a safe way home by taking Caltrain to the 14th annual San Mateo Wine Walk 2009, Friday, June 26, from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The festival in downtown San Mateo is just across from the Caltrain station, located at First Avenue and Main Street. The festival features wares from a range of California wineries, with outdoor wine gardens and approximately 30 tasting rooms. Food, music and local merchants also will be on hand in the festival area.
Caltrain encourages adults to be responsible when they drink. Please be aware that disorderly and disruptive passengers will be removed from the train.
