Take Caltrain to the Palo Alto Festival of the Arts

Art lovers heading to the 28th Annual Palo Alto Festival of the Arts Saturday, Aug. 22 and Sunday, Aug. 23 can focus on paintings and sculptures rather than traffic and parking by taking Caltrain to the event.

Palo Alto’s popular festival, which is expected to draw more than 150,000 visitors, will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., is a short walk from the Palo Alto Caltrain Station along University Avenue.

The arts celebration, presented by the Palo Alto Chamber of Commerce and the city of Palo Alto, will include an Italian Street Painting Expo, 70 chalk artists and a Kids’ Art Studio, in addition to music, food and wine.
