SamTrans and Caltrain Service for the Fourth of July Holiday

On the Fourth of July, SamTrans will operate on a regular Sunday schedule, and on Monday, July 5 bus service will operate on an abbreviated weekday schedule.

July 4, Caltrain will operate on a regular Sunday schedule with extra service for Independence Day Fireworks.

Following the fireworks, the first special train will depart from the San Francisco station at 11:15 p.m., or when full, and express to San Carlos, and then make all local weekend stops to the San Jose Diridon station. Two special trains will leave at 11:30 p.m. and 12:01 a.m. and make all local weekend stops to San Jose Diridon. The last regularly scheduled train will depart at 9:15 p.m. and make all local weekend stops to San Jose Diridon.

On July 5, Caltrain will operate a regular Saturday schedule, with two special round-trip limited express trains. One of the special trains will provide round-trip service from Gilroy. View the Modified Schedule HERE.
