Caltrain to Serve May 2 Sharks Game
Caltrain to Serve May 2 Sharks Game
Sharks fans who take Caltrain to the May 2 game of the Stanley Cup playoffs will be in the stands in plenty of time for the face-off. Caltrain offers hourly service to the San Jose Diridon station, just a short walk from the Shark Tank.
After the game, regularly scheduled trains depart the San Jose Diridon station at 7 p.m., 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. If the game ends after 9 p.m., Caltrain will run a special train that departs 20 minutes after the match concludes and serves all local stops to San Francisco.
Caltrain is a proof-of-payment system, and each customer is required to have a valid ticket before boarding. The rail agency recommends that customers purchase a Day Pass on the way to the game so they don’t have to worry about post-game ticket lines.
Caltrain reminds customers that alcoholic beverages are prohibited on trains departing after the Sharks evening games.
