Avoid Parking and Traffic “Walls” – Take Caltrain to Roger Waters Concert

Music fans heading to the Roger Waters concert at AT&T Park May 11 can avoid parking and traffic by taking Caltrain to The City.

Special post-concert service includes an express train to San Carlos and an additional local train. The express will leave San Francisco 15 minutes after the end of the concert, or when full, and run nonstop to San Carlos before making all local weekday stops to San Jose. The second train will leave 25 minutes after the concert, or when full, and make all local weekday stops.

Caltrain is a proof-of-payment system; tickets are not sold on board trains but can be purchased at vending machines at the stations. To save time on the return trip, riders are encouraged to buy a Day Pass. Clipper card users (e-cash and 8-ride tickets) are reminded to tag on and tag off.

Caltrain reminds fans to drink responsibly and to remember that alcohol is not allowed on trains beginning at 9 p.m. after special events.
